Knight Frank to market Hoxton Hotel London

The Hoxton Hotel in London is to be marketed by property adviser Knight Frank with a guide price of £70 mln (EUR 80 mln).

The property is located in the Shoreditch area and was launched in 2006. It has 208 bedrooms with an average occupancy of 95%. The hotel also has a bar and a restaurant, The Hoxton Grill, operated by the Soho House Group.

'We are confident that there will be considerable interest from a range of interested parties, including traditional hotel funds, international private investors and hotel operators,' said Dominic Mayers, head of hotels at Knight Frank.
