Holiday Inn to operate KPP hotel in Poland

InterContinental Hotels Group has become the operator of the hotel being built by Keen Property Partners Retail next to its Galeria Victoria retail and entertainment complex in Wa³brzych in southwestern Poland.

The 130-room property will have a gross floor area of 5,400 m2 and will be operated under the Holiday Inn Express brand. Construction of the scheme commenced in September 2011 with completion scheduled for May 2012.

Galeria Victoria opened fully let in October last year. The Chapman Taylor-designed mall offers 43,000 m2 of space over 120 shops and 1,390 parking spaces. The complex represented an investment of EUR 95 mln.
