Henderson awards UK management mandate

UK-based fund manager Henderson has appointed M J Mapp to manage 21 real estate assets in London and Edinburgh with a combined value of £420 mln (EUR 490 mln).

The new mandate covers asset and property management for the portfolio. The assets are owned by funds managed by Henderson's EUR 14.5 bn property business.

Tom Peasgood will lead the M J Mapp team working on the mandate, and he will be supported by Louisa Greenwood and Carl Kennedy.

M J Mapp is a specialist firm of chartered surveyors that provides advice and services for management of commercial and retail property in the UK.
