Helios Europe has appointed Peter Peeters as chief technical officer for the logistics developer's EUR 1 bn pan-European development programme.

Previously a director of Goodman and prior to that Eurinpro, Peeters has overseen more than 5.6 million m2 of logistics development throughout the UK and continental Europe in a career spanning over 20 years.

Helios Europe, formed and led by CEO Mike Hughes, has development teams in London and Vienna and a balanced portfolio of development projects in the UK, Central and Western Europe.
