HB Reavis applies for green certification

CEE developer HB Reavis has submitted its Konstruktorska Business Center development in Poland for environmental assessment under the BREEAM standard for commercial real estate.

The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) scheme is one of the most widely-used environmental assessment method for buildings in Europe.

The assessment of the 48,000 m2 office scheme situated in the Polish capital Warsaw is being undertaken by Epstein and covers 10 benchmarks of environmental sustainability. The complex is one of the first in Poland to be submitted for BREEAM certification.

Construction is scheduled for completion in April 2012 and delivery of the building is planned at the end of 2012.
