German fund manager Hansainvest announced shortly before Christmas that it has acquired an office building in Paris for EUR 106 mln from GE Capital Real Estate France. The 12,380-m2 property is located at Place des Vins de France in the Bercy district of the French capital.

Hansainvest said that 30% of the leaseable space is occupied by the Ministry of Finance. About 60% of the space is leased to semi-state bodies. The office building is being contributed to one of Hansainvest's special funds.
