UK REIT Hammerson has submitted a detailed application to the City of London for its office-led scheme London Wall Place, formerly known as the St Alphage site. The company expects to receive a response by Summer 2011. Under the plan, the existing podium and 1950s tower will be replaced by a 46,450-m[sup]2[/sup] scheme designed by Make to deliver two landmark buildings at 121-123 London Wall, EC2.
Private asset management company Kryalos has completed the acquisition of a light industrial property in Rome, through its Mars fund.
