Valad, the European multi-let real estate investment manager, has announced that Thomas Gurski is heading up its new office in Düsseldorf.

Gurski, senior asset manager, is working alongside asset manager, Konstantin Harnacke.

The location at Heltorfer Straße 6 in Düsseldorf takes Valad's German presence to five local offices.

Valad has a team of 30 in Germany, operating out of offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich Hamburg and now Düsseldorf, who manage approximately EUR 1 bn of assets and 1,400 tenants, on behalf of four of Valad's 15 funds.
