Goodman expands development team in Germany

Goodman has expanded its team in Germany with the appointment of Christof Prange and Lars Zimmermann. Both have extensive experience in the area of logistics real estate and will bolster Goodman's project development and acquisition activities in Germany.

Prange is the new senior business development manager, with responsibility for project development and acquisition for Northern Germany. Most recently, Prange, an engineer and property management consultant, worked as sales manager for Ixocon. Prior to this he worked for DB Services Immobilien for five years.

Zimmermann has been appointed business development manager. From 2006 to 2010, he worked as a real estate agent for Garbe Logistic, where he managed the office for North Rhine Westphalia. Following this, the 31-year-old took an extended break to travel. During this time he worked with estate agents in Vancouver, Canada and Sydney, Australia.
