GlaxoSmithKline renews 2,385m2 lease in Budapest

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has completed the lease renewal for 2,385 m2 office space at Mom Park Office Towers in central Budapest with pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoSmithKline .

The office complex is owned by RREEF Alternative Investments on behalf of its clients. The property comprises 9,000 m2 of Class A office space in Budapest's Central Buda Business District. Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of GSK during the lease renegotiation.
