GE Capital sells 50% of Mercuriales towers

French management group Colbert has acquired the remaining 50% stake it did not own in the Mercuriales twin towers in Bagnolet, in the eastern suburbs of Paris from GE Capital. The financial details were not disclosed.

The two towers, reaching a height of 175 and 141 metres respectively, were developed in 1975 and offer roughly 30,000 m2 of office accommodation.

Law firms De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Allen & Overy advised on the deal. Arsene Taxand advised GE Capital on fiscal aspects, while CMS BFL acted for Colbert.
