GE Capital Real Estate recruits Christophe Montcerisier

GE Capital Real Estate has announced the appointment of Christophe Montcerisier as head of business development for the company in France.

In this new position, based in Paris, Montcerisier will have particular responsibility for sourcing investment propositions for the investment management business and looking for debt opportunities.

Montcerisier joins GE Capital Real Estate from Royal Bank of Scotland where he was managing director of the real estate advisory southern Europe team, covering France, Spain and Italy and advised large corporates and financial institutions on sale-and-lease-back schemes.

He started his career in 1986 with Banque Paribas before moving to The Industrial Bank of Japan where he was responsible for the work-out of a EUR 3 bn real estate loan portfolio.
