Colliers International has been appointed property manager of Olympian Logistic Parks in Romania, a 45,000 m2 industrial portfolio owned by GE Capital Real Estate in partnership with Helios Phoenix.

Olympian Parks comprises two industrial and logistics centres in Timisoara and Brasov. The 27,280-m2 project in Timisoara was delivered to the market in Q2 2011. The park located in Brasov offers 17,880 m2 of warehouse spaces.

This is the second management mandate to be won by Colliers International in Romania since launching its Property Management division in the country earlier this year. The broker was also chosen to provide property management services for a medium-sized office building developed by Allianz Tiriac.

'On the strength of this instruction we look forward to continuing to build a strong relationship with GE Capital Real Estate across Central and Eastern Europe,' said Sean Dowsey, director of Colliers' Real Estate Management Services in CEE.
