Echo Investment launches Galeria Olimpia development project

Polish real estate developer Echo Investment said it has received the building permit for the development of the Galeria Olimpia shopping and entertainment centre in Be³chatów, central Poland.

The scheme, which is currently 60% pre-let, will house a Tesco hypermarket, a six-screen Multikino cinema with 1,233 seats as well as the Rossmann, CCC and Martes Sport chains. The mall will offer around 30,500 m2 of retail space across 100 retail units as well as 1,100 parking spaces.

Designed by architects Mofo, the Galeria Olimpia mall is expected to open in August 2012.
