Gide Loyrette Nouel appoints partner to Warsaw office

International law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel has appointed Hugues Moreau as a new partner in its Warsaw office. Nouel started his career in GLN's Warsaw Office in December 1999, handling privatisation and M&A cases. In 2001, Moreau joined the Paris headquarters of the firm where he has been active mostly in the real estate investment and development sectors over the last ten years.

Moreau advises French & foreign companies on business and real estate law, focusing on acquisitions and reorganisations, development, asset management, financing and infrastructure transactions.

Gide Loyrette Nouel is an international law firm which was founded in Paris in 1920. The firm now operates from 19 offices in 15 countries.
