FPF acquires Paris office portfolio for EUR 160m

Foncière Paris France (FPF) has bought a 47,000 m2 office portfolio worth EUR 160 mln in Paris. The portfolio includes Paris Biopark, a 29,300-m2 office and laboratory scheme at 13 rue Jean Antoine Baïf, in the heart of Paris' Rive Gauche district.

International real estate advisor Savills advised FPF on the purchase from Sagi Immobilier d’Entreprise, a subsidiary of Société Nationale Immobilière (SNI), which is part of the Caisse des Dépôts group.

Pascal Rupert, director of the investment department at Savills France, said: 'This important portfolio represents one of the biggest deals in Paris in recent months.'
