FedEx extends Dutch contract with Valad

FedEx, the largest express company in the world, has extended its contract in the Netherlands with Valad Property Group for a period of five years. The organisation leases 12 units with Valad, covering 3,600 m2 of distribution facilities and 2,400 m2 of office space, located at the Brequetlaan in Schiphol Oude Meer.

The property is used by FedEx as a distribution centre, whereby in the office space, several administrative services are located. FedEx has been present in the building since 1995.

Valad Property Group is a value-adding fund and asset manager specialising in multi-let commercial properties. It has 23 local teams on the ground in 14 countries, managing a real estate portfolio of EUR 6 bn.
