FdM sells Mercure Paris hotel for EUR 41.5m

Foncière LFPI has bought the 388-room Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles hotel in Vanves, in the southwestern suburbs of Paris from Foncière des Murs (FdM). The transaction price amounts to EUR 41.5 mln.

The property is located in the immediate proximity of the Parc des Expositions and offers over 18,000 m2 of space as well as 159 parking spaces. It is rented to Groupe Accor with a fixed leased of 12 years and a renewable option. Foncière LFPI is also acquiring directly from Groupe Accor 299 parking spaces located adjacent to the hotel.

Foncière LFPI was advised by Etude Morin on legal matters. Etude Cheuvreux and BNP Paribas Real Estate Hôtels acted for the seller.
