European property asset manager F&C REIT Asset Management has strengthened its German team in Munich with the appointment of Florian Schlomberg as investment analyst and Jan Abel and Uwe Bacher as asset managers.

Schlomberg previously worked for retail property specialist Comfort Munchen as investment adviser for the Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg regions. Abel joins from Sitwa Asset Management where he worked as property, asset and sales manager for residential and commercial portfolios. Bacher comes from property company TAG Immobilien where he was project developer and asset manager.

F&C REIT was formed in September 2008 from the merger of investment manager and fund specialist F&C with property asset manager REIT. F&C REIT Asset Management has global assets under management of £7.6 bn (EUR 8.5 bn).
