French office REIT Eurosic has added five directors to its management board to reflect the recent changes in its shareholding structure. In a statement on Wednesday, the Paris-listed company said Charles Ruggieri of Batipart is joining the board, alongside Françoise Debrus (representing Predica), François Morrisson (ACM Vie), Philippe Narzul (MMA Vie) and François Thomazeau (PHRV).

Following these changes, the board of directors consists of 11 members, including five independent members. Jean-Eric Vimont has been confirmed as Chairman and CEO of the company.

Last week Batipart, the holding vehicle of Charles Ruggieri, founder of Fonciere des Regions (FdR), confirmed its intention to mount a full bid for Eurosic after having acquired a 19.5% stake in the company as part of an investment consortium. Batipart led the consortium that has acquired housing firm Nexity's and Banque Palatine's 32.1% and 20.1% stakes in Eurosic.

Eurosic is a Paris-listed investment company focusing on big office properties in Paris with assets valued at EUR 1.4 bn.
