Europa Capital wins FIABCI Prix d'Excellence

Europa Capital and its partner, Convergence, have been awarded the Best Office Development award by the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence for their Eiffel Square office building development in Budapest.

Eiffel Square is located next to West Railway Station in the Central Business District of Budapest. It has 18,500 m2 of offices in a first class building, space for retail use, restaurants and a square. It also allows immediate access to the city's transport network. The project was finished in 2010 and it has reached 90% letting status with just under a year to completion. Its tenants include Sony AXN, Grundfos, Master Card, Cetelem of BNP Paribas and Givaudan.
