EPF elects new chairman
Date: 1 June 2011
Category: Appointment
The European Property Federation (EPF) has elected Joseph Houlihan as chairman during its annual general meeting in Budapest. At the same meeting, Daniel Loureda was re-elected vice-chairman.

Houlihan is the CEO of Cohen & Steers Europe and has been a member of the managing committee of EPF since April 2009.

'My top priority is to further EPF's internal growth and alliances because the real estate industry needs unity in the face of EU power. Giving EU real estate a voice on the global stage will be another important concern,' said Houlihan.
