ECE joins sustainability initiative ISA
Date: 28 September 2011
Category: News
German-based shopping centre specialist ECE has become the latest founder member to join global real estate network the International Sustainability Alliance (ISA).

The ISA was formed in late 2010 to promote higher sustainability standards in all buildings through benchmarking and research projects.

ECE joins real estate giants Aberdeen Asset Management, Standard Chartered, EDF and brewer Heineken as a founder member of the organisation.

ECE managing director Markus Lentzler claims the move is a key part of the developer’s environmental approach. "ECE sees itself as being under a special obligation to pave the way for more sustainability in our industry and joining ISA is a key part of our strategy," he said.
