DTZ takes over property management services in Zlote Tarasy

DTZ has been appointed to provide property management and leasing services for retail part of the Zlote Tarasy mixed-use complex in Warsaw. Zlote Tarasy is a prime location retail-office complex with more than 200 stores on 65,500 m2 GLA.

Zlote Tarasy complex is located in the very centre of Warsaw, and it is one of the most prestigious office-retail complexes in Poland. Well communicated is the place often visited not only by Warsaw inhabitants but also by many visitors and tourists because of close proximity of the main Warsaw train station - Dworzec Centralny.

'We are pleased that DTZ was appointed as the provider of property management services in Zlote Tarasy. DTZ has a large experience in management of retail and office spaces,' said Michal Muc, managing director of Property and Asset Management team in DTZ. 'In recent months DTZ has been chosen to provide services for nine retail properties across Poland.'

DTZ took over property management in Zlote Tarasy on 11 January 2011.
