Yves D'Arfeuille has been appointed as the new head of property management for DTZ Echinox. D'Arfeuille is French and speaks Romanian fluently, as he has been living in Romania for over 10 years. He has an extensive project & property management experience, working both on a retailer's side - with Carrefour, where he was general services manager - and with a retail developer - EMCT Romania, where he was involved in the development of several Cora and Baumax projects as well as in the development and management of Sun Plaza Bucharest.

DTZ Echinox currently manages a portfolio of 142,500 sq m of office and retail projects.
