DTZ boosts global research team with four appointments

Global real estate services firm DTZ has strengthened its global research team with four new appointments. Milena Kuljanin has been appointed to the Forecasting and Strategy team in London. Kuljanin, who joins in September, has just completed an MSc in Civil Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.

In Hong Kong, Jieyu Tan and Nick Dormeier have joined the Forecasting and Strategy research team. Jieyu Tan joins the team after completing an MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment at the University of Reading. She will cover Asia Pacific forecasting. Nick Dormeier will work predominantly on market analysis in the strategy wing which will strengthen DTZ's abilities in analysing occupier perspectives and capital markets.

Gavin Noblett, who recently finished an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Reading University, will be joining the UK Research team in September. He will be working on industrial data and developing investment research.
