Deutsche Bank and Don Stroy agree major Russian leasing

Deutsche Bank and DS Development (Don-Stroy) have announced they have completed one of the largest deals on the Russian office market in 2009. Deutsche Bank leased more than 7,000 m2 of office space in the Begovaya NordStar Tower business centre for a seven-year period. The leased floor space will provide more than 700 workstations for employees of Global Information Services - Capital Markets, Russia, which will allow not only for accommodation of 600 people working in the department today, but also for expansion of the business.

Jones Lang LaSalle advised on the deal, with legal advice provided by Squire, Sanders & Dempsey (Moscow).

The 147,000-m2 NordStar Tower meets all international standards of the Class A office centre. The building is located at the intersection of Khoroshovskoye shosse and Third Hoist Ring, close to the 'Moscow City' business centre.

Global Information Services - Capital Markets of Deutsche Bank has been operating in Moscow since 2000. It develops software used to improve operating activities of the Deutsche Bank Group on international financial markets.
