David Dintilhac joins Savills' property management team in France

International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its property management team in Paris with the appointment of David Dintilhac.

Dintilhac has 12 years experience in assets and property management, a degree in private law and a diploma from the l'ESPI (Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilieres). He joined Savills as a director on 1 December, 2010, having worked as asset manager in retail property at LaSalle Investment Management since 2007.

Previously he was in charge of tertiary asset portfolios for international investor accounts at Nexity Gestion, before joining SKS (UFG PM) in 2004 as business director. At Savills he will work in the property management department, headed by Christian Bertrand.

The property management teams based at Savills' Paris office manage more than 1 million m2 of office, commercial and warehouse space for French and international investors.
