Dassault buys Paris building for EUR 27m

French SIIC Immobiliere Dassault has announced the acquisition of a building in the seventh arrondissement of Paris for nearly EUR 27 mln. The identity of the vendor was not disclosed.

The Haussmann scheme is located at 230 Boulevard Saint Germain. The 2,600 m2 of lettable space is to be transformed into retail accommodation.

Closing of the transaction is expected to take place by the end of the year.

Immobiliere Dassault owns a EUR 200 mln portfolio of office and residential assets in Paris.
