Cushman & Wakefield strengthens Spanish team

Real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield , as part of its strategic commitment to strengthen its business in Spain, has appointed Javier Bernades as an associate and director of office agency in Barcelona and Ignacio Acha as director of retail high streets in Madrid.

Bernades has over 15 years of experience in real estate, where he has held management roles at companies such as Grupo Ferrer, Banesto and Century 21.

Ignacio has over 10 years of experience in the departments of expansion of companies such as The Phone House and Fashion Festa. He also directed Retail departments in companies such as Roan Aguirre Newman and Real Estate.
