Category: Broker
Global commercial real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been appointed to market the space of the Eurocentrum office development project, located on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw.

On completion in 2013, Eurocentrum will be a 15-storey complex providing 64,000 m2 of office space as well as 2,200 m2 of retail and services facilities and a three-level underground car park with 612 spaces. Construction of the scheme is funded by CP Realty II, part of Poland's Capital Park investment group.

Eurocentrum, designed by PRC Architekci, aims to receive a LEED-Gold certification. 'The facility will feature energy efficient technologies and other sustainable systems such as rainwater reclamation,' said Richard Aboo, partner and head of C&W's Office Department in Warsaw. 'Grade A green office buildings are becoming increasingly popular among tenants.'

A binding building permit has already been granted, and the investor is now selecting the general contractor.
