C&W appointed letting agent for K3 in Hungary

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) have been appointed as the co-exclusive letting agents for the K3 office building on behalf of the owner, Hungarian real estate Wing.

K3 Office Building, designed by the Ybl Award winning architects Lukács and Vikár offers 17,000 m2 lettable office and retail space over eight floors, with open-plan and cellular lay-out configurations available depending on the tenant's preferences. K3 looks out onto Népliget, Budapest's largest park. A central building connects the complex's four office towers in an axial arrangement.
