Corpus Sireo markets 54 AXA REIM properties in Germany

Corpus Sireo has announced that it sold a residential and commercial building in Münster on behalf of AXA Real estate Investment Managers to an unnamed private investor. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The asset comprises 900 m2 of leaseable area and is one of 54 buildings which Corpus Sireo is marketing for AXA REIM's London office. The properties are part of an investment fund portfolio that comprises of 231,000 m2 of lettable area across Germany and generates an annual net rent of EUR 15.8 mln.

The marketing agreement with AXA REIM runs for a term of two-and-a-half years.

Corpus Sireo is headquartered in Cologne and Heusenstamm near Frankfurt. It has 14.5 million of commercial and residential space, valued at EUR 15.4 bn, under management across Germany.
