Dutch listed retail specialist Corio has appointed Oedsen Boersma as head of Investment Strategy & Research. He will be responsible for further developing the company’s retail property investment strategy and achieving Corio’s goal of creating ‘favourite meeting places’ - sustainable centres where people meet up, spend their time off, and shop; places they want to keep coming back to.

Prior to joining Corio, Oedsen built up extensive experience in the retail real estate sector in various roles: as a consultant at Ecorys and WPM Consultants, as a developer at WPM Planontwikkeling and most recently as manager Research and Concepts at Redevco.
