Echo starts construction of Galeria Amber in Kalisz

Polish listed developer and investor Echo Investment has acquired a building permit for the construction of Galeria Amber in Kalisz, Poland.

Galeria Amber is a four-storey shopping and entertainment centre offering 140 shops and a seven-screen cinema operated by Helios on 33,500 m2 . The mall, designed by architects Bose International, will also include 1,000 parking spaces.

Separately, Echo has announced that it is launching its Galeria Veneda project in £om¿a after having received the final building permit for the asset.

The scheme will offer 16,000 m2 across 80 shops and 600 parking spaces. The facility is planned to be completed in autumn 2012.
