Date: 24 May 2011
Category: Logistics
Concerto European Developer has signed an agreement with Sunclear, a subsidiary of chemicals group Arkema, for the development of a 21,000 m2 logistics platform near Paris.

The facility will be let by Sunclear on a nine-year fixed lease when completion in the fourth quarter of 2012.

The new platform will allow Sunclear to bring together its three Paris distribution centres at Ferrières-en-Brie (77), on a site acquired from the public development company for the economic development of Marne-la-Vallée (EPAMARNE).

Concerto European Developer is a distribution and production logistics subsidiary of French SIIC Affine. It recently delivered a 10,500-m2 building in Vilvorde (Belgium) and a 62,000-m2 warehouse in Mer, near Blois.
