Category: Company News
Colonia Real Estate Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Colonia Real Estate, has obtained another asset management mandate for two commercial real estate portfolios with a total rental space of around 95,000 m2. The asset management contracts agreed run for six years.

The 17 commercial properties are located in leading cities throughout Germany such as Berlin, Dortmund and Frankfurt am Main. Due to the regional structure of Colonia Real Estate Solutions and its associated branches across Germany, it provides intensive on-site management of the commercial properties. Colonia's main task will be reducing vacancies and stabilizing these portfolios.

Stephan Rind, CEO of Colonia Real Estate AG, stated: 'Obtaining these two new commercial real estate portfolios for our asset management underlines again that Colonia Real Estate Solutions is successfully positioned in the market. The new mandates mean a significant increase in revenues and an improvement in sustainable income for our service area.'
