Collliers poaches new retail boss from JLL

Colliers International has recruited Stuart La Frenais to head its UK retail division. La Frenais previously spent 11 years at Jones Lang LaSalle where latterly he was head of retail and highly-instrumental in the acquisition of the Churston Heard business.

'I have known Stuart for a long time and we are delighted to have him joining our team. His knowledge and expertise in the UK retail market will greatly enhance our retail offer to clients,' said Tony Horrell, Chief Executive at Colliers International.

La Frenais’ recruitment follows the recent appointments of Rob Fay and Nick Round to the Colliers Retail team in the UK and Mark Keschl to head up the retail division in the US as National Director of Retail.
