Colliers International has expanded its services into Kazakhstan with the opening of an office in Almaty, the largest city in the country. The business will be led by Bayan Kuatova, who brings a depth of local market experience with Jones Lang Lasalle and more recently with Locum Consulting since 2006, the adviser said in a press release. The new office will focus on development consulting, leasing, investment and valuation services.
