Colliers appoints new rating director in UK

Colliers International is expanding its rating team with the appointment of a new director, Damien Clarke, who will be working with clients in Central London and the South East, as well as continuing to service specialist client needs nationwide.

Clarke brings with him specialist knowledge in dealing with Mineral assessed properties as well as extensive contractors based valuation expertise. With over 14 years' experience he is joining Colliers from Strutt & Parker, where he was head of rating and national partner in the consultancy team based at the commercial head office in Mayfair. Previous to this role, Clarke was principal minerals and rating manager at CEMEX.
