Colliers hires Bredin to head EMEA corporate solutions
Date: 6 June 2011
Category: Appointment
Property advisor Colliers International has appointed Dominique Bredin as director in its EMEA corporate solutions team. He will join the newly formed team led by Guy Douetil who was appointed at the beginning of April.

Bredin is transferring from Colliers' Canadian operations where he was instrumental in Colliers winning global mandates from companies based in France. From his new office, he will continue to manage accounts such as Faurecia and L'Oreal.

Bredin has over 20 years of experience in senior positions in international trade, asset management and real estate transactions. He joined Colliers International in 2003.

The EMEA team also recently promoted Zuzana Kovacova as associate director and is currently looking to fill additional new positions including account director, portfolio manager and bid response and marketing.

Colliers has been actively building their corporate solutions team around the world and now have a team of 200 professionals represented in every region globally. The growth comes on the heels of recent global mandates from Equifax and Redhat to provide portfolio strategy and optimisation and transaction management services.
