Sean Dowsey has been appointed director of CEE Real Estate Management at Colliers International. Dowsey will lead the company's real estate management activities in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. He will work alongside Peter Love, partner at real estate management in Poland.

Dowsey began his career in London in 1994 and joined DTZ Debenham Tie Leung in 2003. From 2005 he headed their property management team across Central and Eastern Europe. In 2008, Dowsey joined Carpathian Asset Management as asset and property manager.
