Date: 9 March 2011
Category: Office
French property group Icade and Belgium's Codic are joining forces to redevelop 30,000 m2 of office space in downtown Saint Quentin en Yvelines, to the west of Paris.

The companies announced during the MIPIM trade fair in Cannes that they have created a joint venture to carry out a large-scale restructuring programme of the Start office building located less than 300 meters from the Saint-Quentin railway station.

The building, which previously housed the headquarters of the Malakoff group, aims to achieve HQE (High Environmental Quality) certification as well as the BBC (low energy consumption) & BREEAM Label. Designed by architects Valode & Pistre, the scheme is due for delivery in 2012.
