CLS Holdings appoints non-executive director

CLS Holdings has announced the appointment of Brigith Terry as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Terry has over 35 years of experience in the international banking and property industries and was a bank director responsible for the international commercial property loans business at Württembergische Hypotheken-bank and then Hypo Real Estate Bank International (now part of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank) until 30 June 2007.

Terry is a qualified public notary in Germany and is now retired from banking.
