Clifford Chance Germany names new RE leader

Cornelia Thaler (44) has been appointed the new leader of law firm Clifford Chance's real estate practice in Germany. She will take up the post on September 1 for a period of four years, replacing the previous leader Klaus Minuth.

Thaler has been a partner in the Frankfurt office of Clifford Chance since 2000, specialising in advice to real estate owners, developers, investors and banks on complex transactions.

Clifford Chance’s real estate practice in Germany comprises nine partners, six counsels, 16 associates and three transaction lawyers. The firm has offices in Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf.
