Ciloger buys into Parisian retail for EUR 29m

French investment manager Ciloger has invested nearly EUR 29 mln in the acquisition of two high-street retail assets in Paris from IVG Institutional Funds. The assets are located at 13/15 rue du Commerce in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

Ciloger, which manages funds marketed through the Caisses d'Epargne and La Banque Postale networks, said the properties offer around 1,900 m2 of space and are leased to H&M and Zara.

Ciloger was advised by The Retail Consulting Group and Maître Olaf Déchin. Maître Laurent Hosana assisted the vendor.

Ciloger, with EUR 2.6 bn of AUM, manages 11 OPCI funds for retail and institutional investors, and 12 SCPI vehicles.
