French fund manager Ciloger said that it has bought two neighbourhood retail assets in Paris and Nancy. The company has purchased a retail asset let to L'atelier Agapé in the sixth arrondissement of the French capital as well as a city-centre property in Nancy, leased to Picard.

The deals bring the total invested in retail properties by the company so far this year to EUR 70 mln. In March, the company invested nearly EUR 29 mln in the acquisition of two high-street retail assets in Paris from IVG Institutional Funds. The assets are located at 13/15 rue du Commerce in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Ciloger, which manages funds marketed through the Caisses d'Epargne and La Banque Postale networks, said the properties offer around 1,900 m2 of space and are leased to H&M and Zara.
