Christie + Co has been appointed to to sell a five-star hotel on London's South Bank. The property adviser received the mandate from Maurice Moses and Angela Swarbrick, joint administrators of Hotel Verta and Verta Properties.

Hotel Verta is situated between Battersea and Wandsworth Bridges, adjacent to the London Heliport, and offers a total of 70 rooms and conference space.

Christie + Co is inviting offers for the long leasehold interest (150 years, with 145 years remaining) on Hotel Verta.
