Property adviser Christie + Co has appointed Philippe Souterbicq as its new managing director for France. In his new role, Souterbicq will oversee Christie + Co's operations in Paris, Marseille, Rennes and Lyon.

Souterbicq has over 12 years’ experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, including roles with the Envergure group, the former Louvre Hotels Group and JJW France as commercial director and international sales director.

He has also managed four companies specialising in tourism and hotel management including a property asset management and valuation company, and a hotel franchising company where he provided support to owners, investors and hotel operators.
