CBREI appoints two continental Europe directors

CB Richard Ellis Investors has announced the appointment of Cédric Engel to the position of managing director, responsible for the development of the group's value-add operations in Continental Europe. Engel has over 13 years of experience in the sector, having previously worked for CDP Capital Europe and Otéra Capital in Paris.

CBRE Investors has also named Loïc Cohen as senior director, responsible for the execution of value-add investment strategies in France and in Germany. Cohen started his career at CBRE Investors in the role of analyst and then associate. He subsequently moved to CDP Capital Europe, where he worked alongside Engel, and more recently headed the asset management department of Otéra Capital's Montréal office.
